Motocross for the whole Island
Vancouver Island Motocross Association (VIMX) is dedicated to promoting and supporting the sport of motocross on Vancouver Island. VIMX organize events, races, and training sessions for riders of all ages and skill levels and aims to foster a sense of community among motocross enthusiasts and provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.
The 2025 VIMX Championship Series is set to be an exciting event for motocross enthusiasts on Vancouver Island. This year, the series will be hosted by four tracks: AVMX, CRMX, NMA, and TriPort. There will be a total of 10 rounds, with each of AVMX, CRMX, and NMA hosting 3 rounds, and TriPort hosting 1 round.
It's going to be a thrilling competition with plenty of opportunities for riders to showcase their skills and for fans to enjoy the action.
The VIMX Championship had an amazing season last year! With such a diverse range of participants from Tykes to the Plus 50 class, it's no surprise that it was a hit.
Here's to an even more successful race season in 2025! The collaboration with the other Island tracks is sure to bring even more excitement and great racing action.

AVMX Cold Creek Moto Park is a diverse club of motocross riders and racers from all ages and skill levels. We are always looking for new members (beginners welcome) and ways to promote Motocross on Vancouver Island. We co-operate with 3 other tracks on Vancouver Island to organize spring and fall race series as well as Enduro events.
The AVMX Cold Creek Moto Park offers a main motocross track, an Enduro track plus a mini beginner track with lighting. In the Alberni Valley there are literally hundreds of kilometers of trail with spectacular views and all levels of difficulty.

Our Wastelands Motocross Park is open year round for riders to practice casually or train for the race season. This is truly a family sport and we are blessed to have this fantastic world class facility locally here on Vancouver Island.
